Every item on our pages has is own orderbutton.
To order just click the button and the item is placed in your
shoppingcart. The orderbutton looks like this:

We only accept returns after
our approval, if you have to
send something back to us please do contact us first!
Shippingcosts for returned goods are
on the customers account. All returned goods should
be delivered to us free of charge!
Refused or undeliverable shipments
will be charged afterwards with shipping- and administrationcosts!
All returned goods should be accompanied by this
form, download the form, print it,
fill it out and put it, together with the invoice in the box
with the goods!

in with your emailaddress and ordernumber on the order-status
page.

Non Dutch customers can pay in advance, or by Visa-card we do
not accept bankcheques or bankdrafts.
If you want to use your Visacard or Mastercard, please

Minimum amount (excl. shippingcosts) €. 15.00.
Important: If you are
paying by creditcard the name and address information on the
orderform should match the creditcard.
Goods can only be delivered to the creditcard
holder's address!

We will ship goods all over the world.
Minimum shippingcosts for orders outside Netherlands will
be € 23.00.
We will let you know what total cost will be before shipping.
Indication shipping-handlingcosts:
European countries:
From €. 19.00* depending on country.
All other countries:
€. 28.00*
* Max. 5 Kg, when weight exceeds 5 Kg we will send you an
email stating the shippincosts.
At this moment the shippingcost calculation in the shoppingcart
is not accurate because not all products in the database do
have their weight filled out yet.
